Our reflective stickers are perfect for both indoor and outdoor use, with a lifespan of up to seven years. Ideal for security stickers, safety labels, and marking sports equipment or vehicles, our reflective stickers become highly visible and bright in dark environments when exposed to any light source, even ambient light. Made from seven-year 3M reflective vinyl with a strong permanent solvent adhesive, our reflective stickers adhere firmly to surfaces like glass, metal, certain plastics, and fiber panels, ensuring they stay securely in place. Reflective stickers are designed to bond aggressively to smooth surfaces and can be difficult to remove, which is ideal for long-term use. For added durability, especially on vehicles like ATVs, RVs, bikes, and trailers, an optional clear luster 3M laminate layer enhances the scratch and abrasion resistance of our reflective stickers, making them even more reliable in harsh conditions.
We offer a variety of standard rectangular shapes and sizes, but you can also choose custom die-cutting to create any shape you need. From ovals, squares, and circles to completely custom shapes, as long as your design file includes the shape, we can make it happen!

Materials & Durability
3M IJ5100 Scotchlite Cast Reflective Vinyl
White reflective 3M cast vinyl, at a substantial 7 mil. thickness, printed on one side, comes with permanent clear adhesive, with outdoor lifespan of up to four years. This material is designed to be used on flat smooth surfaces with no curves, corrugations, or rivets.
Optional 3M 8519 Cast Luster Overlaminate

Durability of Reflective Stickers
Our standard reflective stickers are built to last up to four years outdoors when applied to smooth, flat surfaces and kept out of direct sunlight. For even more durability, you can choose our optional 3M cast luster overlaminate, which extends the life of the stickers up to seven years, while also providing extra protection against UV rays, scratches, and abrasions.
Sticker Size & Shape Options
Reflective Stickers are available from a minimum size of 2x2-inches all the way up to 12x12-inch size, entered as Height x Width in inches, and available in many standard shapes - square, rectangle, oval or round. Rectangular shapes feature optional .125-inch rounded corners to prevent corner peeling or “dog earing”. Optionally, reflective stickers can be contour-cut to any simple single shape you need. The shape can be anything from your logo or emblem, to any simple custom shape.
Finishing
The smaller size stickers are printed and combined on sheets, typically 4-8 per sheet, while larger sizes come individually ready for peel and stick out of the box.
File Submission Specs
We manually inspect every single file you upload before printing and will only proceed with your order if it can be printed at absolute 100% stunning quality with no compromises.
Bleeds are required for all non-standard shape and contour cut stickers. Use 0.125 bleeds all the way around every cut path. All custom cut orders missing the bleeds will be rejected. For more details on bleed setup, please see our Die-Cut File Setup Guide or contact us directly.
